All sales are final.

We only accept returns for refund or exchange for waters damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at service@shopalkame.com to alert us of the damage and to obtain a return authorization number prior to returning the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

If you return an order without pre-authorization, return may be subject to refusal or subject to redirect fee if returned to the incorrect warehouse. Returns without RMA# on outer packaging and original packing slip enclosed in shipment may be recycled or donated.
